"Fun box, but this one was kind of a mess"
I was really excited for my fabfitfun box because it’s usually such a fun little treat to open, but this time it showed up with one item completely missing and another cracked open inside the box, and while customer service did eventually get back to me, it took longer than I expected and I’m still waiting on the replacement, so the whole thing has just been frustrating and not really the cute self-care moment I was hoping for. I do like the box when everything goes right, but if this happens again I’m not sure I’ll keep my subscription.

"Good overall, but the app drives me nuts sometimes"
I actually really like FabFitFun and I’ve had fun picking out stuff for my boxes, so overall it’s been a good experience. That said, the website and app can be such a pain sometimes. Pages load slowly for me, and I swear it takes way too long to figure out where to swap items or manage my box. Checkout is usually fine, no big drama there, but the app has glitched on me a few times and it gets frustrating. It’s not awful or anything, and I’ll probably keep using it, but it definitely needs to be smoother.

"Glad I Tried It, Just Wish I’d Managed Expectations"
I got my first FabFitFun box last week, i’m happy with it overall. The mix of products was fun to go through, and I ended up liking more of the items than I expected.
The only thing I kind of regret is getting too excited about the delivery timing, because shipping took a little longer than I thought it would. One of the product boxes was also slightly dented, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged.

For the price, I do think it was worth trying. I’m not totally sure every box will be a hit for me, but this first one was a nice surprise, and I’m glad I gave it a shot

I really like how easy it is to skip when I need to. Like if I’m out of town, or I already have enough at home, or I just don’t feel like using it that week, I can skip without it turning into a whole big thing. I’ve used it when my schedule got busy, when I forgot I still had extras, and even when I was trying to save a little money that month. It’s just simple and convenient, which I appreciate

I’ve been happy with FabFitFun so far. It just feels like a better deal than buying everything separately, and I actually end up using most of the stuff in the box. Not every item is a total win, but overall it’s been a good value for me

I got my sister a fabfitfun gift subscription because I didn’t want to just buy her another random thing she might never use, i’m glad I went with it. The box showed up on time, which was a relief, and she said there were actually items in it she’d use. It was simple to set up too, so I didn’t feel like I was making extra work for myself. I’d definitely gift it again.

I’ve enjoyed FabFitfun mostly because of the brand mix. There are usually a few familiar names in the box, plus some smaller brands I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Not every item is a hit for me, and it can be frustrating when the best choices sell out quickly, but I still think the customization part is fun. I’ve even found a couple products I liked enough to buy again later. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars

The box was okay overall. I guess I just had it in my head that more of the products would be full size, so when I opened it, a few things felt kind of smaller than I expected. Maybe I built it up a bit too much, who knows. It wasn’t bad, and I’ll still use the stuff, but I was hoping for a little more.

I had an issue with my box and reached out to customer service. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days and I ended up sending a follow-up first. Once someone finally replied, they were friendly and got everything sorted out. My sister had a similar thing happen with hers, so I kind of knew it might take a little patience. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish the response time had been quicker

I had to cancel my fabfitfun box for a little while because money is painfully tight right now, i was bracing myself for some dramatic nightmare of endless clicks and frustration. But nope, it was shockingly simple. I found the cancel option, went through a couple quick steps, and had the confirmation email pretty much right away. No weird runaround, no mystery charge popping up later to ruin my day. I might come back when my wallet stops screaming, but for now I’m just ridiculously relieved that canceling wasn’t stressful at all.

I’ve had a really smooth experience with FabFitFun so far. The emails are actually helpful and spell out what’s going on with my box, like when choices open, when it’s being packed, and when it’s shipping. I usually check them while drinking coffee in the morning, and I never feel like I’m guessing what comes next. The dates are clear, the updates are simple, and it’s nice not having to dig around for basic info

How can the $80 gift card from hello fresh be that if it is just $20 off your next four purchases of $100. that is really a coupon!

If i am not home when my box arrives, will it just be left in front of my door? or will it be kept safely at my local post office?
